We’ll start the morning at 8:00 AM with coffee, light breakfast, and time to mingle at the Percy Warner Golf Course Clubhouse. It’s a relaxed and informal gathering—perfect for connecting with fellow volunteers, meeting new people, and enjoying a slow start to the day. Registration required.

Warner Parks is home to several owl species including Great-horned Owl, Barred Owl, Screech Owl, and during migration/winter even Northern Saw-whet Owls. Join Graham as we search for owls near the Little Harpeth River and up to forest edges of Ridgefield in Edwin Warner Park. Registration required.
Join us for bird banding at our long-term Warner Park Nature Center banding station, on-going since 1982. Observe our trained and federally licensed bird researchers and volunteers capture, identify, measure, band (with a unique numbered aluminum leg band), and release wild birds. The data collected informs our understanding of bird populations, migration, and the importance of Warner Parks for birds.

The Nashville Collage Collective is a local group that has put together art displays following the theme “Wintery Dreams”. Be the first to view these 35 mixed media artists’ work during their gallery display opening, located in the Warner Park Nature Center classroom. “Wintery Dreams” will be displayed November - December.
