The 2023 Inland Bird Banding Association Annual Meeting will be held at the Warner Park Nature Center in Nashville, Tennessee, November 10–12, 2023.

Friday, November 10
- Evening registration, social with live music, food, libations, and poster presentations
Saturday, November 11
- Updates from IBBA and the Bird Banding Laboratory, scientific paper presentations, and an evening banquet with keynote speaker Sarah Kendrick from US Fish and Wildlife Service Migratory Bird Program, Region 3
Sunday, November 12
- Morning options include a guided birding walk or Motus training workshop
